Enjoy Fettuccine with Corn, Pancetta, & Sage; Linguine with Pesto, Green Beans & New Potatoes; Tricolor Pepper Pasta; Penne with Baby Zucchini & Basil; and Fusilli with Eggplant, Tomato & Peppers. To get you jump-started making these delicious pasta dishes, each class participant will get to choose a complimentary box or bag of pasta from our Grocery Department!

High Summer at the Farmers' Market

It's the height of summer and Chef Paige will create a menu utilizing the abundance of the farmers' market. On the menu is Chicken Salad with Cantaloupe, Feta & Arugula; Pasta with Sweet Corn, Summer Squash & Basil; Potato & Roasted Red Pepper Pizza; and Warm Summer Bean Salad. To top off this delicious summer menu Paige will make Key Lime Cheesecake Squares with Blueberry Compote.

We know you will love Nancy's homemade Chapatis served up with Cauliflower Curry; tender Naan to accompany savory Onion Chicken Curry; and very special Masala Dosa (lentil "pancakes" stuffed with potato curry).
You'll end this feast with a signature surprise sweet from Nancy.
