Then on to some classic Irish recipes including Irish Soda Bread; Colcannon Potatoes (creamy mashed potatoes with greens), and melt-in-your-mouth Lamb Stew with Guinness. You'll end the evening on a sweet note with Double Crust Lemon Tart (worth the price of admission alone!)

You'll help make a Tofu Chile Relleno Casserole served with Brown Rice; Potato Enchiladas; Zesty Pinto Beans; and a Fresh Pico de Gallo. And then together we'll sit down to enjoy our healthy feast.

We will learn to make breads and accompaniments from around the globe starting with India where we'll enjoy Papadum (Lentil Wafers) served with Spicy Dal and Assorted Chutneys. Next up, lovely homemade Lavash with Armenian Eggplant and Tomato Relish. We'll finish our travels with Injera (Ethiopian bread made from Teff) and a savory Doro Wat (Chicken Stew), but we won't de-board the plane until we enjoy a final surprise sweet!

Tofu Recipes with an International Flair

Whether you're an experienced tofu cook or brand new to the world of soy this class has something for everyone. We'll use tofu as the main ingredient in a number of diverse and delicious recipes, all with an international flavor. We'll start with a mildly spicy Mexican Corn Soup; then on to Marinated Tofu Basmati Rice Salad; Tofu and Spinach Stuffed Manicotti; and delicious Falafels with Creamy Tahini Sauce.
For dessert - Classic Mocha Tofu Pie. And a bonus to get you started - a complimentary pound of Central Soyfoods Tofu to take home!
