winter's morning! In this class learn the basics of making cinnamon rolls.

Joys Of The Thanksgiving Table

This class will demonstrate easy to prepare dishes for a sumptuous
Thanksgiving feast. Come ready to sample the delicious menu, inspired by the
holiday spirit, that consists of Spiced Chicken Wrapped in Puffed Pastry,
Luscious Green Beans Tossed with Mushrooms and Tomatoes, Minced Turkey with
Chickpeas, Decadent Bengali Pumpkin Pudding Topped in Phyllo Cups, and an
irresistible Chocolate Cranberry Chutney Pecan Pie. Attendees will receive a

Taming Fear And Anxiety
taught by Marybeth Bethel
How many times has fear held you back from trying something new or going
after a cherished goal? This class offers a chance to diminish the
paralyzing power of fear and anxiety by looking at the reasons why it comes
up and learning how to work with it. You'll learn how effective risk-taking
and mental toughness can be used to break through your fears, freeing you to
move forward. The class will include written exercises, discussion and
guided imagery. Be prepared to let go and soar! $12 per person, $10 for
co-op members & seniors.

Breakfast Breads For A Chilly Winter Morning
taught by Paige Vandegrift
What could be better than the smell of cinnamon rolls baking on a cold
winter morning? Sign up for this very popular Chef Paige class where
Paige will make and we will eat warm Cinnamon Rolls, Cream Scones,
Buttermilk Crumb Muffins, Sour Cream Streusal Coffeecake and Raspberry
Almond Muffins. We'll have the tea and coffee brewing. $18 per person,

Beyond Tofu Basics
taught by Nancy O'Connor, Merc Education Director
For those who have mastered simple tofu preparations (or not!) this class
will take you to new levels. The centerpiece of the class will be a Tofu
Turkey, complete with stuffing and gravy. We'll also make Tofu Tamale Pie
and a delicious Winter Stew with Tofu. Leave the class with new ideas and a
complimentary pound of locally made Central Soyfoods Tofu. $15 per person,
$13 for co-op members & seniors.
